Caplyzer - The world’s first electrolyzer that operates like a battery

Around 40% of global emissions come from heavy industries such as steel, cement, and chemicals—sectors that cannot simply switch to batteries. For these industries, hydrogen is essential to achieve net-zero. Yet today, 90% of hydrogen still comes from fossil fuels, mainly due to the lack of safe, cost-efficient, and flexible green hydrogen technology. This is what Caplyzer solves.

With its patented, world-first supercapacitive electrolyzer, Caplyzer makes green hydrogen at €2/kgH₂ possible. By never producing hydrogen and oxygen at the same time, the technology offers unique benefits:

    • Safe – no gas mixing
    • Cost-efficient – no membrane, no rare-earth metals
    • Scalable – adapts dynamically to renewable energy

Caplyzer: making truly green hydrogen a reality for hard-to-abate industries.
